<p>As a Kitchen Assistant, you&#39;ll play an essential part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Your job combines hands-on food preparation and service with maintaining the organisation and cleanliness that allow great chefs to perform.</p>
<p><strong>1. Be Part of the Cooking &amp; Service</strong></p>
<ul><li>
<p>Prepare fresh ingredients and help our chefs with daily food preparation.</p>

<p>Assist with plating and finishing dishes during busy service.</p>
</li><li>
<p>Learn our recipes, techniques and standards for great food.</p>
</li><li>
<p>Gradually develop the skills and confidence to take on more cooking responsibilities.</p>

<p><strong>2. Keep the Kitchen Running Like Clockwork</strong></p>

<p>Take ownership of dishwashing and make sure clean equipment is always available.</p>
</li><li>
<p>Keep kitchen stations clean, organised and ready for action.</p>
</li><li>
<p>Receive deliveries, organise goods and store fresh produce correctly.</p>
</li><li>
<p>Support the team in maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.</p>
